Integrations

We read a lot. We write back three things.

Your club's system of record stays the system of record. From every connection we read what the member and the office need to see; we write back only a note, a charge, or the member's own profile. Never billing, never payroll, never the roster.

Phones and texting

Dialpad

Calls and texts
We read
Inbound texts and call events on the club's existing number, so the two-way inbox works on the number members already know.
We write back
Outbound texts a person approved, from the club's number. A note on the member's record of what was said.

RingCentral

Calls and texts
We read
Inbound texts and call events on the club's number.
We write back
Approved outbound texts from the club's number, and a note on the member's record.

Twilio

Carrier
We read
Delivery receipts, replies and carrier opt-outs on a registered number we provision for the club.
We write back
Approved outbound texts; STOP and HELP handled at the carrier and mirrored to the club's consent log.

SalesMsg

Texting inbox
We read
Conversations, replies and opt-outs from the club's SalesMsg inbox, if the club already runs one.
We write back
Approved outbound texts, and a note on the member's record.

Mail and calendar

Outlook, Microsoft 365

Staff mail and rooms
We read
Room and staff calendar availability for holds; staff sign-in through the club's Microsoft accounts.
We write back
Calendar holds for events and rooms. Member email goes out from the club's own mailbox after a person approves it.

Gmail, Google Workspace

Staff mail and rooms
We read
Room and staff calendar availability; staff sign-in through the club's Google accounts.
We write back
Calendar holds for events and rooms; approved member email from the club's own mailbox.

Staffing and payroll

ADP

Payroll
We read
The staff roster, roles and hours, so the event cost sheet carries real labour cost.
We write back
Nothing to payroll. The staffing draft is a sheet the manager approves and publishes in their own tool.

7shifts

Scheduling
We read
Published schedules and availability.
We write back
Suggested shifts from the RSVPs, as drafts the manager publishes. Nothing goes live without the manager.

Dining

OpenTable

Reservations
We read
Reservations and covers, so the host stand and the busy tracker see one list.
We write back
Reservations a member made in the app, and a note on the reservation: preferences, celebrations, dietary.

SevenRooms

Reservations
We read
Reservations, covers and guest notes.
We write back
Reservations a member made in the app, and a note on the reservation.

Point of sale and accounting

Toast

Point of sale
We read
Open checks and member spend, for the live busy tracker and the spend view.
We write back
A charge: an offer redeemed, a ticket for a night. Applied by staff at the register, logged by us.

QuickBooks

Accounting
We read
Member balances and aging, read only, for the balance view and the office's minimums page.
We write back
A charge, as an invoice line the office posts. We never touch the ledger itself.

Club management

Jonas

Club management
We read
The member roster, membership types, statements and balances. The roster is the club's; we mirror it and never own it.
We write back
A note, a charge, and the member's own profile changes: interests, preferences, contact choices.

Northstar

Club management
We read
The member roster, membership types, statements, balances and reservations, through the club's Northstar client services.
We write back
A note, a charge, and the member's own profile.

Clubessential

Club management
We read
The member roster, membership types, statements and balances.
We write back
A note, a charge, and the member's own profile.

Port my own number

Option one

Keep the number, keep the phone system

If the club texts from Dialpad, RingCentral or SalesMsg today, the inbox sits on that number through the vendor's own connection. Nothing to port, and staff keep their phones.

Option two

Port the number, or take a new one

The club's number moves to a carrier we manage, or we provision a new local number the same day. Either way the number is registered for club texting in the club's name before the first text goes out; registration takes one to three weeks and is part of setup.

Every connection is confirmed on the consultation before we promise a date; where a vendor's access runs through the club's corporate office, we say so. Every feature works with no connection and says so on screen. No vendor named here endorses us, and their marks are theirs.
